Children First provides high quality childcare and education for multi-lingual children in and around Zurich.
Our pre-school and kindergarten curriculum is based on the UK Early Years and Montessori principles, with child observation at the core of our assessment process.

Our Seefeld schoolhouse is located in a beautiful residential area of Zurich, with our own playground and excellent transport links. We are expanding to a new location and looking to strengthen our team with the following roles:
Group Leader (ages 0-3, DE / EN)
Tasks include:
- Plan and prepare activities for individual children and groups
- Take responsibility for children’s behaviour and set targets for improvement where necessary
- Ensure equal opportunities through awareness of a child’s culture and individual background, understanding the different skills and abilities of each child
- Build and maintain a strong partnership with parents
The ideal candidate has:
- A relevant qualification to work with babies or children ages 0-6
- excellent communication skills
- ability to inspire and motivate young children
- passion for teaching and high expectations in all areas
- good organisational skills
- an understanding of the learning and development of children
- A proven track record of working in a team environment
